Cancelling a line spiels

It saddens me to know that you're considering removing one of your T-Mobile lines. If you don't mind, may I know the reason why you want to remove it?

Got it, however we highly suggest to do your cancellation request at the end of your billing cycle to avoid any prorated charges. No worries you will not be charge for this anymore moving forward after that. How does it sound?
