Great question! if you want to take advantage of the promotion, my best recommendation would be to switch your rate plan to Go5g before upgrading so that once you have upgraded your phone, the system will be able to detect it and apply the promotion automatically. :) sounds good?

However, to prevent any hiccups on your order process since the website might crash due to heavy traffic, my best recommendation would be to upgrade through an agent so they can personally assist you.
