ADAPTIVE DOCUMENTS

**** What documentation do I need to submit to verify my eligibility for an Adaptive Pass?****

Pass Holders must present one of the following forms of documentation to validate eligibility requirements. Vail Resorts will accept documents emailed to VailAdaptiveProgram@vailresorts.com.

Alternatively, guests can present their qualifying document(s) to a ticket window.

-Driver’s license noting restrictions

Golden Access Passport (issued by the Department of the Interior for accessing National Parks)

-Certification from a private Vocational Rehabilitation or other Counselor that states that the person needs an accommodation

-Request/Documentation from a State Vocational Rehabilitation Agency counselor

-Other State issued proof of disability

-Letter or record from a Federal Government agency that reflects the person has a disability

-Letters or medical notes from physicians/medical professionals that request an accommodation

-Service animal certification, pending local resort requirements and guidelines

-For guests who choose to validate and activate their Pass at the ticket window: power mobile device is being used for a mobility disability or visual observation of disability
