Explain the term slamming and provide an example.
Meaning: Slamming is the illegal practice of switching a customer's service provider without their consent.
The call: A customer receives a call from a company claiming to conduct a survey about satisfaction with their current telecom or energy provider. The caller states that the survey is part of a "consumer rewards program" and will only take a few minutes.
Explain the term cramming and provide an example.
Meaning; Cramming is the practice of placing unauthorized, misleading, or deceptive charges on a customer's phone or utility bill.
The call: A customer calls their cable or internet provider to report a technical issue. An agent takes the call and, while appearing to help, transitions the conversation into a sales pitch.

Scenario 2: X - The agent should acknowledge the customer and show empathy. Also, in order to put the customer on hold, it must be only up to 2 minutes, not 5 minutes.
Scenario 3: X - The agent is just straight up rude. The agent could've made the call better if he greeted the customer first, acknowledged the issue and shown empathy. Also, if the customer is being rude or difficult, the agent must still be polite and warn the customer that if he/she will keep on being rude, you will not be able to assist them
