CH claims money was transferred to an incorrect recipient. Upon checking CH’s IP Log, the Phone number that was transfer during initiation matches the actual Recipient’s Phone number in (his/her) profile with ARN#10318660110 and ARN #10329033713. Confirmation was received from the CH after the recipient was entered/selected. No system issues detected. Unable to reverse transfers once they have posted and settled.
