• create MCF shipments to amazon • submit orders for amazon to fill • offer customers one-and-two-day delivery options
- FULFILLMENT
with MCF, amazon stores a selling partner's inventory i our fulfillment centers. when an items on the selling partner's own site, or on another e-commerce site, amazon picks, packs, and ships then to customers like with FBA orders, selling partners are eligible for reimbursement on MCF orders if the order is determined to have been lost or damaged
- CUSTOMER SERVICE
the selling partner is responsible for providing customer service for multi-channel fulfillment (MCF) order this includes handling order-status inquiries, customer returns, and reimbursement
- CUSTOMER RETURNS/REFUNDS
selling partners can choose to have returns sent back to them or back to amazon fulfillment centers and returned to their inventory
