*Eligibility -Number port-in from an approved carrier- Open device payment plan with previous carrier- Ideal for Verizon customers with unlocked devices

*Device Requirements -Unlocked device- Fully compatible device

*Target Customers -Verizon customers making the switch to T-Mobile- Customers who want to keep their current fully compatible device

*How to Qualify

• Activate a new voice line of service with the customer’s eligible BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) on any rate plan- Port-in an eligible number

Carrier Freedom

*Eligibility

• Number port-in from an approved carrier- Open device payment plan or early termination fee (ETF) with previous carrier- Ideal for AT&T customers with locked devices (Verizon customers excluded)

*Device Requirements

• Locked or unlocked device- Trade-in eligible phone associated with the open device payment plan or ETF

*Target Customers

• AT&T customers with locked devices- Business customers with less than 13 total voice lines

*How to Qualify

• Buy an eligible phone on EIP- Activate a new voice line of service on any rate plan- Port-in an eligible number- Trade-in eligible phone associated with the open device payment plan or ETF

Breakfree

*Eligibility

• Number port-in from an approved carrier- Open device payment plan or ETF with previous carrier- Ideal for business customers with open device payment plans or ETFs

*Device Requirements

• No specific device requirements mentioned, but typically involves buying an eligible phone or tablet on EIP or at Full Retail Price (FRP)

*Target Customers

• Business customers with open device payment plans or ETFs- Customers who don’t want to trade in a device

*How to Qualify

• Buy an eligible phone or tablet on EIP or at Full Retail Price (FRP)- Activate a new voice or mobile internet line- Port-in an eligible number

*Exclusions at all programs

• Number must not have been used for Carrier Freedom, Keep and Switch, or BreakFree within the last 2 years
