FBA - INBOUND LOST ANDON CORD [ ILAC ]

✔ what is ILAC tool?

• the ILAC tool is used to find the information needed to determine which team should handle the case

✔ where can i find it?

• the ILAC tool can be opened in 'paragon or directly from a case by clicking on the 'shipment ID'

• some of the scenarios are handled by the FBA team, while other scenarios need to be addressed by a 'specialized ILAC team'. this will depend on the following criteria:

✔ shipment eligibility

✔ shipment delivery date

✔ reimbursement amount

if a reimbursement needs to be processed for shipments which are missing units:

• scroll down to the bottom of the ILAC tool • click the 'reimbursement' button' • enter the units that need to be reimbursed • click on the submit
