cx accept sales offer, then submit, new page will open like so sl info tab, status to completed to close or make it done make sure amount is correct

explain the email ,decline ,make cx aware you will send email to make sure you have the sales offer

platinum-cx who use old printer to get new printer upfront as lease (need to sign up on ii within 30 days) not offered anymore

all in plan-offer on ii comes with printer pre enrollment
cx will choose printer applicable to them, after that they can receive the printer in next business days
