Numbered divider 1 Cancel or Exchange Options activity for Void Numbered divider 2 Complete Exchange Process Activity for Exchanges and Refunds Numbered divider 3 Update DB from GDS - Consolidator Request Note: If a waiver code needs to be requested, send a request via SSR* (5H-) remarks in the Sabre GDS.

Steps to Request GTT for a Refund

Select:

Refund Request - Taxes

Refund Request - Ticket

Insert the following:

Ticket Status - Wholly Unused or Partially Used

Refund Details - Insert fee if necessary and put 0.00 if there’s none

Populate Required Fields - If a waiver code is available

Waiver Code

Approved Per (Name)

Agent Sine

Agent Location

Waiver Code Location

Click Continue Note: If a waiver code needs to be requested, send a request via SSR* (5H-) remarks in the Sabre GDS.

Or, at times when CARES is not working, we can manually do the activities in Sabre.

This is done by sending SSR* remarks (5H-) to GTT in the GDS.
