#CHANGING DRUG SCREENING COLLECTION SITES
For electronic registrations:
❖ Applicants can complete their collection site at collection sites associated with the lab they selected when placing their order.
❖ If the student selected a Quest PSC when placing their order, this registration can be used at Quest locations. If the student selected a LabCorp PSC when placing their order, this registration can be used at LabCorp locations.
❖ Changing to a new lab? Email ds@disahealthcare.com to get a new registration!
❖ Changing to a different collection site under the same lab? You can use the same registration!
❖ Advisable to contact ds@disahealthcare.com to ensure the new collection site is a PSC. PPNs have an additional collection fee of $15.00.
Non-Negative Result Scenarios Include:

- No. Some states do not allow us to process Child Abuse/Dependent Adult Abuse requests due to restrictions of access or they may not allow a third party to access this information.
