Go to T-Mobile.com
Click Pay as a Guest - ( No Login Required )
Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile or Sprint.
Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for.
Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap image boxes that contain the descriptions).
Click Next.
Enter the payment amount and payment method details.
Click Agree & Submit.
The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment and email receipt if selected during the process.

Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
Tap BILL.
Scroll to and tap Make a payment.
Select the amount to pay, the date to make the payment on, and the payment method.
Tap Agree and Submit.

PAY AS A GUEST

Open the T-Mobile app.
On the app login screen, tap Pay as a guest.
Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile or Sprint.
Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for.
Re-enter the number to confirm.
Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap image boxes that contain the descriptions) and click verify.
Click Next.
Enter the payment amount.
In the 'Payment details' field, tap Add a payment method.
Select Apple Pay or Add a card.If adding a new card, enter your card details, then tap Select payment method.
Enter your email address in the Email a receipt (optional) field if desired. The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment as well.
Click Agree & Submit.
